7:30-8:30am - Project Registration and Set Up
7:30-8:30am - Judges Meeting
8:30-9:30 - Judges Preview Projects Without Students
8:30–9:30 - Welcome Assembly and Special Event for Students, Parents, and Teachers in Auditorium
9:30-11:30 - Judges Interview Students
Students should bring reading or quiet activity to occupy their time. Only Exhibitors, Fair Personnel, & Judges will be allowed in the rooms and halls during judging.
11:30-1:00pm - Judges deliberate
11:30–1:00 - Lunch (on You Own)
11:30–1:00 - Exhibits Open to Public
1:00-2:00pm - Awards Ceremony in Auditorium
For security reasons no one will be permitted in the Project Display rooms between 1:30 and 2:30pm
2:30-3:30 - Exhibitors Dismantle Projects
